Today, I share a recipe Chia Pudding Vegan with berries. It is a balanced recipe, super easy to prepare and very good for health. In addition, I put you the recipe video. Here we go for the Chia Pudding vegan recipe.

Pudding With Red Berries

THE INGREDIENTS OF THE CHIA PUDDING VEGAN RECIPE

To make this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

1 Yogurt with soy milk without added sugar

2 teaspoon of chia seeds (Personally I use Women’s Best chia seeds )

Sweetener of your choice (I use stevia)

50 gr of red fruits of your preference (raspberries and blueberries in this recipe).

You will also need an accessory bowl, a teaspoon and transparent film or aluminum.

THE STEPS OF THE VEGAN CHIA PUDDING RECIPE

In a bowl, pour the soy yogurt. Add 2 teaspoons of Chia seeds and the sweetener of your choice. Mix for at least 30 seconds to a minute to ensure that the chia seeds are well integrated with the yogurt. Cover with plastic wrap and bake for at least an hour in the refrigerator. After 1 hour, add the berries. There you go! The recipe is really easy to prepare and you can enjoy!

THE BENEFITS OF CHIA VEGAN PUDDING RECIPE

So it’s already a vegan recipe but also gluten-free, lactose-free and no added sugar! It will, therefore, be suitable for most diets and even people with a number of food intolerances. On the nutrition side, the recipe is perfectly balanced with 172 kcal, 12 gr of carbohydrates, 8gr of protein and 8gr of fat. It will be a perfect little snack. You can also make this recipe in larger quantities (2 or 3 portions for example) for a perfectly balanced breakfast or, simply, to adapt it to your own nutritional needs! The recipe will bring you antioxidants thanks to the red fruits, Omegas 3 and 6thanks to chia seeds and fibers! Finally, to vary, you can easily change the fruits for those of your choice. Why not try with mango, pineapple, etc.
