1- Lemon juice

The lemon juice is an effective lightening. It can be used to flush the face because it is composed of alpha-hydroxyl acids that act as a natural exfoliator. It can, therefore, remove the top layer of the skin and then expose the skin below which is clearer. The citric acid present in lemon juice also has a slight bleaching effect. With rinsing, your face will have a slightly lighter complexion.

Side preparation, there is nothing complicated. Start by squeezing the juice of half a lemon by adding the same amount of water. Then dilute the juice in half to prevent it irritating your skin. Using a cotton disc, apply the solution to your face, neck, arms, chest, and any other part of your body that you want to lighten.
For optimum results, allow for approximately 20 minutes exposure time before rinsing with warm water. After treatment, your skin may be dry. Do not hesitate to apply a moisturizer.

2- The potato

Rich in vitamin C, the potato has lightening properties. It should be applied directly to the skin to lighten. The treatment is to be performed several times a week. To do this, start by cutting a potato in large slices. Then rub the slices on the parts of your body that you want to brighten. Once the juice has completely dried, rinse the skin with warm water. You will see that the result is immediate.

3- Aloe vera

Renowned for its ability to heal scorched skin, aloe vera gel is also composed of anthraquinone that lightens the skin slightly by eliminating dead skin cells. Using a tube of pure aloe vera gel or plant gel, brush your skin. For the gel to completely dry and absorb, allow to stand for about 20 minutes. You can then rinse it or not, according to your wishes. This will not pose a risk as aloe vera is only beneficial.

Exfoliating Masks

To make your skin clearer, several choices are available to you:

1-Honey and lemon

Blend an exfoliant and a natural lightener to obtain a mask that can remove the top layer of your skin. The cool skin underneath will then be exposed.

To prepare your mask, you will need a mixture of honey and orange juice and a spoon of ground oatmeal. Then apply the mixture to all areas of your body that you want to lighten. 

After a 20-minute exposure time, rinse with warm water and gently massage your face. To do this, make small circular movements using your fingertips. The dead skin cells will be exfoliated with oatmeal and leave room for the fresh skin layer. For those with dry skin, cucumber is to be used instead of lemon.

2-Oatmeal and turmeric

If you have a pretty oily skin, an oatmeal and turmeric mask will be the best option. This treatment makes it possible to purify the skin while brightening it. To make the mixture, you will need a pinch of turmeric, two teaspoons of ground oatmeal and a few drops of lemon juice. Mix everything in order to obtain a thick paste. Then apply the mixture on the skin to lighten. Let it dry before rinsing the mask with warm water.
